Our Property Management Services

  • ADVERTISING: Display FOR RENT/LEASE and similar signs on the Property and advertise the availability of the apartment for rental or lease on over 20 online sites.
  • LEASING: Initiate, sign, renew, modify or cancel rental agreements and leases.
  • RENT COLLECTION: Collect and give receipts for rents, other fees, charges and security deposits.
  • MAINTENANCE / REPAIRS: Make, cause to be made, and/or supervise repairs, improvements, alterations and decorations to the Property in a timely manner.
  • BOOKKEEPING RECEIVABLES / PAYABLES: Post all rents, fees and tenant charges. Pay monthly operating expenses and costs for the property from property trust funds held by Horizon Property Management.
  • REPORTS: Cash Flow statement, Income Register, Expense Distributions and Rent Roll are provided to owners on a monthly basis. Custom reports are available.
  • TENANCY TERMINATION: Sign and serve in Owner’s name and / or in Management Company’s name notices that are required or appropriate; commence and prosecute actions to evict tenants, recover possession of the Property, recover rents and other sums due, and when expedient; settle, compromise and release claims, actions and suits and/or reinstate tenancies.
  • YEAR END VENDOR TAX FORMS: Horizon Property Management will prepare all year-end 1099 and 1096 tax forms.
